Terms of use

Last updated October 21, 2026.

These terms cover truespeak.gg, the website of Truespeak Studio, run by Evgeny Maksakov, a sole proprietor in British Columbia, Canada. “I” and “me” below mean Evgeny Maksakov. They don’t cover the Truespeak Studio app: it comes with its own license, and you’ll be asked to accept that license before you can download it.

Using the site

You’re welcome to read the site, link to it and share it. Please don’t:

  • break, overload or probe the site, or try to get around its security
  • copy its content in bulk, or present it as your own
  • sign anyone else up for the waitlist, or use the site to break any law

The content

The text, images, screenshots, logo and design of this site belong to me, unless a page says otherwise. You may quote short passages if you link back to the page you quote. For anything more, such as reusing images, please ask me first. The Trademarks page explains how to refer to Truespeak Studio by name.

What the site promises

The site describes software that is still in development. Features, plans, the roadmap, and anything said about prices or the release are my current intentions, not promises, and they may change. I try to keep the site accurate, but it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows.

Liability

As far as the law allows, I’m not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on what it says. That includes anything on other sites this one links to, such as Patreon and X, which I don’t control. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist gets you one email when Truespeak Studio is released, as the privacy policy describes. It doesn’t reserve anything, and it doesn’t commit you or me to anything.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts or tribunals of British Columbia, unless the consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to bring it where you are.

Changes

I may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when they last changed.
